Vacuum cooler is not cold storage equipment, but cooling processiong equipment before cold storage or on shelf or Cold-chain transportation.

After vacuum cooling, product's physiological change slows down, its storage life and shelf life are extended. Vacuum cooler is designed by lower water boiling point temperature at low pressure and high evaporative heat.

Precooling is normally the process of fast removing field heat and breath heat in just harvested fresh fruit & vegetable, before trasport, storage and processing. If fruit and vegetable are piled together, they will be hot, lost water and wilting, decomposition. Precooling professionally means the process of product temperature drops from initial temperature (30 ºC around) to end temperature (0~+15ºC), including cooling process before cold storage transport and high temperature cold storage, and fast cooling process before blast freezing.

Vacuum cooler can used for leaf vegetable, mushroom, flower, turf, etc.
