Huaxian flake ice machine is widely used in supermarket, meat processing, aquatic product processing, poultry slaughtering,ocean-going fishing to keep meat, pultry, fish, shellfish, seafood fresh. 

Flake Ice Making Machine is a kind of ice maker. According to the water source, it can be divided into fresh water flake ice maker and seawater flake ice maker. Generally, it is mostly industrial ice maker.

The flake ice is thin, dry and loose white ice, with a thickness of 1.0mm to 2.5mm, one side irregular shape and a diameter of about 12 to 45mm. The ice has no sharp edges and corners and will not stab frozen objects. It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of ice, and have good moisturizing effect.

Huaxian flake ice machine has excellent refrigeration effect and has the characteristics of large and rapid refrigeration capacity. Therefore, it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration facilities, food quick freezing, concrete cooling and so on.


Advantages of Flake Ice Machine:
1. In same weight condition, flake ice has widest interface area compared with any other shape ice as its plat feature. Wider interface area, better refrigeration effect. The efficiency is 2 to 5 times than tube ice and cube ice.

2. Production of flake ice is very economical, and only need 85 kw to produce 16 celsius degree water to one ton flake ice.

3. Flake ice is dry and soft without sharp angle, and could protect packaged foods during course of cold storage package.

4. Because of its wide interface area and fast heat exchange, flake ice could melt to water rapidly and take away heat, also increase the moisture of mixture.

5. As the dry property, flake ice is hard to stick during low temperature storage or transport, so easy for storage and transport.
