Cold room is one warehouse, with certain desired room temperature and humidity by mechanical refrigeration and modern fresh care technoligy, storing special products in industry of food, medicine, meat, fruit, vegetable, chemical, seafood, cultivation, agriculture, technology testing, raw material and biologicals. Cold room is composed of room body, refrigeration unit, evaporator, electric control box, expansion valve, copper pipe, wire, refrigerant and other related necessary materials.

Classify cold room by temperature:
High temperatre cold room(0~+10ºC): for storage of fruit and vegetable;
Medium temperature cold room(-10~-5ºC): for storage of food after freezing;
Low temperature cold room(-20~-10ºC): for storage of aquatic products, meats after freezing;
Freezing cold rom(below -25ºC): for blast freezing products before storage.
